General

Artists in the Subversive Collective provide exclusive limited edition prints. Our committment to our customers is that when you buy from The Subversiv Collective you will know that you are one of a limited number of people to own the art work. Print runs will not be extended beyond what is advertised at the point of sale.

Yes. all the work has the artists signature on it and will be stamped to show it's authentic from us. We will also mark the print run edition number for your reference.

No, we manage everything internally, we have the resources to sell, print, pack and ship your orders and keep control of the quality and condition of your item and deliver a first class service.

This is determined by your location. We would need up to 3 days to process your order, print and pack. We allow 5 working days for items posted within the UK and Europe and 10 working days to the rest of the world.

Yes we now offer framing for our smallest print size which is 210x300mm approx. We hold options for both black or white frames and all framed prints include a window mount within the frame. The overall size of the frames are 300x400mm.

No. We sell the artwork at the size the artist wants to offer it and is priced accordingly.

Yes, sometimes colour can differ slightly from whats seen on screen. All monitors and screens are calibrated differently and whilst we do the best we can to keep the colours of a design exact to what you have seen on screen we can't promise in some cases that they will be exactly the same.

Artists

We want to make street art accessible and support artists of all kinds. Drop us a sample of your work to submissions@subversivcollective.com and we'll be in touch with the next steps.

The Subversiv Collective provides artists with a marketing, sales, printing and shipping service with no upfront charges. We work closely with our artists to develop an online presence. You pay nothing until we make a sale.

Our customers are some of the most discerning Street Art enthusiasts, demanding something out of the ordinary and bespoke to them. That is why all art work shared in The Subversiv Collective must be exclusive to the site. We only run a short print run of each artwork, agreed by the artist.

Submitting your work couldn't be easier. Just send a sample image to submissions@subversivcollective.com and we will be in touch. Simple.

We are not fans of red tape. But we do know that it is important that we all know where we stand. We have a comprehensive, easy to understand Artist Terms document which will be sent to you before you agree to join The Subversiv Collective. This document will need to be signed before we start any work for you.

You can leave The Subversiv Collective at any time with no hidden charges or restrictions on your art.

Shipping

Shipping costs are FREE.

Yes we can ship to any location on the globe, shipping costs are FREE.

Yes we except up to three different prints which can be packaged into one tube.

Yes, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will not provide any payments to cover customs duties, to find out more about this please visit our shipping policy page.

We wrap each print in a protective tissue paper and roll them into a sturdy tube ready for shipping.

We send all our orders out using a sturdy, well tested thick cardboard tube. These tubes provide very adequate protection to artwork in all weathers and postal situations.

Returns

Yes, you have the right to return items within 14 working days if not happy or no longer wanted. Please contact us at hello@subversivcollective.com before returning. Once returned and received by us a refund will be issued minus any postage costs.

Please contact us immediately if a package arrives damaged with photographs of the damage to hello@subversivcollective.com. A replacement can be made and sent once the claim process has been processed by our shipping partner (this could take up to 28 working days).
